Meet Up
So everyone feels comfortable and accustomed to each other, we’ll have a quick call to discuss things and plan everything out.

Wedding Day
The big day! We’ll meet, talk, connect, and get to know each other. In the meantime, I will be preparing the equipment so we can jump right into it.

Delivering photos
In one or two weeks, you will receive your edited pictures, to see yourself in all your natural glory.
Throughout the wedding process I am constantly working behind the scenes to ensure you enjoy a five star experience.
Leading up to your day I offer all my knowledge and nearly a decade of experience to help you organize your day in a way that reflects what is important to you. I make sure I have everything needed to make your day run smoothly including extra camera gear and hard drives to keep your memories safe.
On your wedding day I am there to help you in any way I can! It is my job to be prepared, anticipate your emotions & needs so that you can be immersed in your day and not worrying about photos. I make sure every detail is how it should be, fixing the train of your dress, fly-away hairs, and facilitating a no stress zone. I will happily step in to make sure you are well taken care of and capture images in a creative and efficient way. I want you to feel AMAZING!
After the wedding I keep in touch, sending sneak peeks and sharing memories. It is the best thing in the world when a client becomes a friend :)

Editorial photography uses images to accompany or enhance a story. Particularly in the world of fashion and wedding photography no words are needed as the images speak for themselves, depicting an overall mood, theme, and essence.

You have put so much energy into planning the perfect day to celebrate your love. Wedding photos and video should not change or take away from your day, but instead capture it as it really happens! My ever watching eye will find the best light and the right moments to perfectly tell your story.

Safe guarding your memories
To keep your photos and videos safe I recommend making several copies and storing them on at least three different hard-drives or flash-drives. Alicia Hoyt Photography can not guarantee keeping copies of your images or video past delivery.
You will find both hi-res and web-sized (lo-res) versions. Hi-res is best for printing or viewing on a large screen. Web-sized in best for storing on your phone or posting online.

Alicia's editing style maintains clean composition and true to life colours. No trendy filters, no awkward posing - just pure photography in high resolution, with lots of printing options. Instead of staging a scene with stiff poses, Alicia directs editorial shots and capitalizes on candid interactions. "I am not there to ringmaster your day but to capture it as it naturally happens - it is after all your day and not mine! "
